Project Brief:
Build a loyalty program for an on‑demand stylist platform.
The objective was to attract new customers, drive repeat bookings, and increase long term customer retention by rewarding users with redeemable points and exclusive benefits.
Nabostylisten is an on‑demand stylist platform based in Norway that enables users to book professional hair, makeup, and nail stylists at their convenience, whether at home or at a preferred location. The platform focuses on flexibility, quality, and seamless booking experiences for modern, time constrained users.
As a design lead for this project I led all the design initiatives, worked with another junior designer, marketing analyst, developers, project manager, stakeholders and the leadership (CEO & Co-founder)
